TEAMWORK makes the dream work

I know this is a saying from a motivational poster but I happen to like what it says and what it means for PeopleService. Our culture is one of family – working together to assure our customers get the service they deserve, supporting each other on the job and in our lives. Those of you who work with us know what we do is hard work. It can require heavy lifting. It can be messy and smelly. Our operators must know math, science, computers and more. They do all this with incredibly positive attitudes – and they often go above and beyond. An article in this issue of The Clear Take, Southern Iowa/Missouri Region Manager George Hulet talks about a Lead Operator on his team that impresses. I love these stories and am glad they are shared with me so I can share them with you. Enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with your family!
