Grashorn to Retire. Mike Adair Named New Nebraska Region Manager.

After years of tireless dedication to our partners in Nebraska, and the water and wastewater operators in this profession, Duane Grashorn has decided to retire effective August 31, 2021. Duane has had a profound and lasting impact on our organization, employees and the partners he has served for almost 28 years here. We cannot thank him enough for his hard work and dedication and wish him and his family many years of enjoyment in this new phase of his life.

While we cannot replace Duane, we have promoted Mike Adair to the role. Mike has been a member of the PeopleService family since 2005 and has held positions of increasing responsibility since that time. He is a highly licensed operator in the State of Nebraska and holds licenses in Iowa, Minnesota and Missouri as well. In his recent role he has overseen our safety program, regulatory compliance program, been involved in all operational aspects of our company, and been responsible for our value-added services.

Duane and Mike will be working together beginning July 1, implementing a smooth and seamless transition from Duane’s leadership to Mike’s. We know this change in leadership will be a non-event for our Nebraska partners and you will be in equally capable hands under Mike Adair’s leadership.
