We want you to understand our expectations and your options as a PeopleService, Inc. Alan Meyer Memorial Scholar.

It is our intention to give the PeopleService, Inc. Alan Meyer Memorial scholar every opportunity to remain in the program while still following the guidelines that are agreed upon when accepting the scholarship.

  2. If you should fail a class and your cumulative GPA does not fall below a 2.5, but the class is a prerequisite to take the next semester’s classes, you may remain in the program and take the classes you are eligible for and then retake the course the next time it is offered. This is usually the next year and will be repeated at your own expense to complete the degree.
  3. If you should fail a class and your cumulative GPA does not fall below a 2.5, but the class is a prerequisite to take the next semester’s classes, and you do not want to wait until the next year to take the class, you have the choice to continue (#2 above) or drop out of the program and repay the scholarship fund the amount you have used thus far.
  4. If your cumulative GPA falls below 2.5, you will no longer be eligible for the Scholarship Program and will be required to repay the scholarship fund the amount you have used thus far.
