The Clear Take on Water and Wastewater Today

Ready Every Day. Ready For What the Future Brings.

Chad MeyerThere is an advantage to being an organization with depth and breadth of expertise in water and wastewater. Our staff includes people who have been with us for more than 20 years through those who have been with us for two months. We’re fortunate to be an employer of choice for those entering the field. Those joining us are fortunate to be mentored by those who have literally been around the block in communities throughout the Midwest. Our deep bench strength is increasingly attractive to customers losing their staff – sometimes the one guy who’s been running the plant for 30 years, or one of three who have done the same. It’s simply too hard today for many Midwest communities to staff a bench and even recruit the right person with the right credentials. Whether customers have been with us for 20 or 30 years or two months, they always remark on how they can count on us – like family. We’re never one guy at the plant. We’re always that one, two, three or more supported by everyone at PeopleService, and we’re all always one call away for each other and you. That’s why we’re ready for what every day brings. As for the future, we’ve got a Nebraska management transition and our Alan Meyer Scholarship winners to tell you about in this issue. Read on – and as always, feel free to reach out to me to tell us how we’re doing, or to ask what we can do for you. 402-344-4800, ext. 7010.
