The Clear Take on Water and Wastewater Today

A look at where we’ve been – and where we’re going.

In this month’s e-newsletter, I’m not going to comment on 2020 except to say, “that was one weird year.” This retrospective is a look at the past 33 years of serving communities throughout the Midwest via water/wastewater maintenance, operations and management. We’ve seen a lot in this time, built a leading and effective safety and training program, developed strong camaraderie among region managers and operators who willingly – and as a matter of course – share their knowledge and experience with each other to innovate and solve problems. And looking forward, we’ve asked long-time region manager Dennis White to come out of retirement as our industry ambassador working to encourage and inspire more young people to join our industry – something I know you’ll agree is needed. Dennis has, as usual, gone above and beyond to lobby for a United States Post Office stamp commemorating our industry. Now, that will be cool! All this is to say we are as dedicated to this industry and the communities we serve now as then – and we’re grateful for our customers’ faith and trust in us. By the way, we always want to know how we’re doing, so we’ve introduced this easy rating system. Let us hear from you.
