Meet Steve Robinette, Our Iowa Region Manager

Steve is proud to lead the teams that Manage, Operate and Maintain water and wastewater services for our cities in Iowa and attributes the success of PeopleService to the deep bench of resources and expertise on the ground.

“For every service situation, we have at least one expert and multiple back‑ups at PeopleService,” he says. “We have a very strong team with an incredible depth of expertise. It makes my job easy, even in these challenging times, knowing we have the resources to deliver for our clients at all times.”

Steve’s biggest gratification is helping staff at client locations achieve various technical certifications – and staying focused on adherence to proper procedures and regulations.

He understands the importance of people skills and communication with clients and enjoys working with people who share his values of friendliness and hard work.

What you may not know about Steve is that he plays lead guitar and pens lyrics for local touring band The Lost Tracks and is itching to get back on the road. Look for Steve at a local Iowa community’s water or wastewater plant. If he’s not there, check out where The Lost Tracks are playing once they are back on track!
