Spring Park, MN – The city of Spring Park, Minnesota has contracted with PeopleService to helm the city’s Public Works Department. PeopleService specializes in the field of of water and wastewater management and will now assume the management duties specific to Public Works for the city. PeopleService has selected long-term employee and Minnesota-based operator Dallas Roggeman to handle the Spring Park contract. He will run Public Works for the city, oversee the numerous contracts the city holds with other vendors and manage the water plant and other city systems.
