PeopleService Signs Contract with City of Oxbow, North Dakota

Omaha, NE – PeopleService, a contract water and wastewater company, announced today that they have signed an agreement to handle water and wastewater management and operations for the city of Oxbow, North Dakota.

The move comes at a time when many communities across America face factors that force city management to make such moves. Those factors include changing population demographics, aging infrastructure and mounting regulatory issues. When communities can’t find the qualified staff they need to assure the safety of their drinking water and safe handling of their wastewater, an efficient solution is often the kind of partnership just entered to by PeopleService and the city of Oxbow.

PeopleService provides skilled and licensed water and wastewater professionals to manage operations. Many live in or very near the communities they serve and they bring a wealth of experience with proven, efficient processes and solutions. The company’s footprint extends to nine Midwest states, so each manager can tap into the experience of others on the wider team.

The Oxbow agreement includes PeopleService handling the staffing, routine operations, ongoing maintenance and regulatory compliance.

“Each city has its own needs, issues and problems. There are no-one-size–fits-all solutions,” said Greg Stang, region manager. “Oxbow identified a need that we know we can fill, and we’re pleased to have earned the faith and trust of the community through this agreement.”
